An eagerly anticipated calendar event, Rockvale Academy, gears up to
organize a gala event, “The Rocktober Fest” on the 14th of November, a
varitable ‘feast’ for the students, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of
Children’s Day. To instill interest and a sence of competitiveness, it has been
held as an Inter-House Event, where the four school houses, Ruby, Emerald,
Sapphire and Topaz vie with each other to assert their superiority.
An open air fiesta, this event provides a cocktail, a heady mixture of
myriad items that include Tug-of-War, Antakshari, Dota, MS Paint, Rocktober
Idol (Eastern solo gong), Group Song, War of Bands, Fashion Show and the crown
of all events, the ramp walk to decide Mister and Miss Rocktober.
